Order Processing
Most of our products are made on a pre-order basis to minimize waste. Processing typically takes 4-5 weeks after the launch of each drop. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you'll know when your item is ready to ship.
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping (UK): We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. We currently ship to the UK, with plans to expand to the EU soon.
Delivery Times
- UK: 4-5 working days after dispatch.
- EU: 4-5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of World: 6-8 working days after dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details to follow your order's journey.
Customs and Import Duties
For international deliveries, customs and import duties may be levied by your local customs authority once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
Margene Ltd. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you with resolving any issues with the carrier.
Changes to Orders
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations before dispatch.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Return
- We accept returns for items that are faulty.
- We also accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in perfect, unworn condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and images of the faulty product within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

International Returns
If you're returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a "Customer Return" to avoid customs charges. Any import duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Restrictions
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products. All returns must be in their original, unopened condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've received the item. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Unaccepted Returns
If a returned product has been opened or used, we won't accept the return. The item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
As we operate on a pre-order model, exchanges are not always possible. However, if you contact us early, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If an exchange isn't possible, we will issue a refund excluding shipping, customs, and import duties.
The Small Print:
As a small business, we ask customers to cover return postage costs. Once your returned order is inspected and deemed sellable, your refund will be processed within 1-3 days. If the product is returned in an unsellable condition, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. Any necessary cleaning fees to return the item to sellable condition will be deducted from the refund.
