Made to Measure Payment, Cancellation & Final Sale Policy
Made to Measure Orders
Made to Measure items are custom-made based on customer-provided measurements and specifications. As such, these items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Payment Terms
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is charged at checkout at the time of placing a Made to Measure order.
• By completing your purchase, you authorise Margene to store your payment method securely and to automatically charge the remaining 50% balance.
• The remaining balance will be charged automatically 3 weeks from the date of purchase, without further authorisation or notice.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
• Made to Measure orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• All Made to Measure sales are final.
• The initial 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds, exchanges, returns, or store credit will be issued for Made to Measure items under any circumstances.
Alterations
To support a perfect fit, complimentary alterations are provided through Margene’s Alter platform, subject to availability and standard Alter platform terms. Alterations do not affect the final sale status of Made to Measure items.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing a Made to Measure order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• the staged payment structure has been clearly disclosed,
• the automatic balance charge forms part of the original transaction, and
• you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to the deposit or final balance.
Acceptance of Terms
Completion of checkout constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
